Our sales manager, Héctor Gatica, visited the new Noi Vitacura Hotel in Santiago, and now he shares his experience in this amazing 5 star hotel.

I went with some friends to visit the Noi Vitacura Hotel, and the first thing that called my attention was the broad spaces in the hotel, especially in the rooms and lobby. In fact, I never saw passengers crowding, disorder, or hear loud noises. Everything was quiet and tranquil.

The hotel is located in one of the best districts in Santiago (Alonso de Córdoba) a residential and commercial neighborhood, with very good shops and restaurants, and also with an amazing view of the Andes, since there are no buildings blocking the view.

The rooms are spacious, modern, and very illuminated. The outer walls not walls but huge windows, allowing natural light to fill the room. Also, they have electric blinds, which other hotels of the same category do not have. The beds are particularly comfortable, and the robes (which I think they’re made with Italian fabrics) and amenities are excellent.

The service is good and the attention is personalized, despite the fact that the hotel is really big. The receptionist takes you to your room to explain and give you the details for the amenities, schedules, phone numbers, etc. The food is also one of the highlights of the hotel, at least in its restaurant on the first floor. It has a varied seafood and meat menu, at reasonable prices and of excellent quality. There aren’t many options for the breakfast in comparison to other hotels, but the options are really good. Besides, both in the restaurant and the terrace, the attention is quick and attentive.

I would recommend this hotel to business executives looking for hotels which are relatively different to typical, corporative chain hotel, and also for tourists who want to stay in a good neighborhood with great pubs and restaurants, and who want to delight themselves with an astonishing view of the Andes Range.

My personal suggestion is to go to the terrace, eat something and share some drinks with friends. It’s a really cool environment with excellent service and products.
